It depends on who your DJ is. Make sure to ask!
Drinking alcohol at any event is not allowed for any employee of 3rd Coast – our team works on the philosophy of being professional and reliable for every event, and we don’t let anything get in the way of our ethos.
We absolutely can! We provide extra DJ time for all your party needs at a rate of $150/hour. For more information about our extras head to our packages section.
50 retainer with final payment due 2 months before the event
Our DJs take requests that don’t go against any of your special wishes for your event and that are appropriate for the particular occasion.
Yes, we do! We want everyone to have a good, safe time.
The deposit is non-refundable, so if you cancel within 60 days of the event, you would owe us the balance.
That totally depends on how long you need us and what add-on’s you need. We hope that you’ll contact us so that we can find out more about your event.
A good time frame would be 6-9 months before the event, although many of our DJs are now booking a year or more in advance. We do have DJs usually open for last-minute shows.
Our team dresses in professional attire for all events to match your theme and guests.
We do not include gratuity on the contract, but 10-20% is recommended if you feel the DJ did a fantastic job. The decision is totally up to you.
Sure, but we would like to get the MP3 file a week or more before the event! Also, make sure to consider your entire audience when submitting songs.
All employees of 3rd Coast will know the other DJ’s schedules and will be able to react in the event that something goes wrong. We always have backup cables and equipment available.
Of course! It’s a simple two-page document that protects the client and us.
